What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Own and drive high-priority GTM initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution timelines
Act as a trusted partner to GTM leadership, supporting decision-making through structured analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations
Analyze performance data across CRM, pipeline, customer journeys, and revenue metrics to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
Optimize and redesign GTM processes by identifying inefficiencies and introducing scalable, AI-enabled improvements
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and automation platforms like Zapier and Make to improve efficiency, insights, and operational execution
Build executive-ready materials including strategic briefs, performance updates, and leadership presentations
Support planning activities such as territory design, capacity planning, forecasting, and quota setting with a strong financial lens
Enable cross-functional coordination across GTM teams to ensure alignment in fast-moving or ambiguous initiatives
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Product, or similar analytical/strategic roles within SaaS or B2B environments
Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, sales cycles, and key revenue drivers
Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, as well as tools like Gong, Clari, and Outreach
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau and Looker
Strong executive communication skills with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear narratives
High ownership mindset, strong organization skills, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Deep AI fluency and curiosity, with experience applying AI for workflow automation, analysis, and insight generation using tools like LLMs and data enrichment platforms such as Perplexity, Clay, and Apollo
