What you'll do

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the transformation toward an AI-first GTM operating model by redesigning workflows, standardizing processes, and embedding automation across the customer lifecycle.

  • Design, build, and continuously improve AI agents and agentic GTM experiences that support sellers, managers, and customer-facing teams through intelligent task execution, workflow orchestration, conversational guidance, and autonomous or semi-autonomous processes.

  • Own and prioritize the GTM systems, automation, and AI roadmap, translating business requirements into scalable solutions that connect data, workflows, technology, and intelligent automation.

  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, AI adoption, workflow standardization, operational change, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Establish governance and operating standards for GTM systems, data, workflows, AI usage, intake processes, approvals, change management, and data stewardship.

  • Enable scalable deal operations and GTM launches by incorporating automation and intelligent guidance into approval, pricing, execution, and launch-readiness processes.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of GTM operations specialists while fostering accountability, experimentation, continuous improvement, and effective delivery of AI-powered solutions.

  • Manage prioritization and sprint-based execution using an iterative delivery model, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable results.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and IT leadership to drive alignment, adoption, and successful execution of cross-functional transformation programs.

  • Improve data quality, operational reliability, and decision-making by strengthening data governance, enrichment, signal-driven workflows, and system standards.

  • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled productivity improvements, including automated sales collateral, business case development, customer-facing content, rep enablement, next-best actions, guided selling, forecasting, and conversational copilots.

  • Ensure new capabilities are effectively adopted through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, documentation, enablement, and continuous feedback.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Automation, Systems, Strategy, or related disciplines within high-growth B2B environments, including experience leading operational or technical teams.

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, execution quality, productivity, and business performance.

  • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable operational and technical solutions.

  • Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing AI-enabled or agentic GTM workflows across areas such as sales engagement, lead routing, prioritization, sequencing, next-best actions, guided selling, forecasting, AI-assisted execution, conversational copilots, or autonomous workflow orchestration.

  • Experience building or supporting AI-powered productivity workflows, including automated content generation, business case creation, sales enablement, and customer-facing processes.

  • Familiarity with modern automation, orchestration, and AI platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato, Clay, Claude, Codex, Cortex, or comparable technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of modern GTM technology ecosystems, including CRM, sales engagement, conversational intelligence, forecasting, enrichment, and workflow automation platforms.

  • Understanding of data governance, enrichment, and signal-driven operating models, with experience improving data quality and operational reliability.

  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments, managing prioritization, cross-functional execution, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and executional levels, engaging executive leaders while also working hands-on with operational and technical teams.

  • Strong change management, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

  • A results-oriented mindset with strong organizational rigor, attention to data quality, documentation, scalable processes, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, testing new approaches, and continuously refining workflows and solutions.

  • A systems-oriented approach to connecting data, people, workflows, automation, and AI into effective and scalable GTM experiences.

Benefits:

  • Annual base salary range of $174,000-$262,000, depending on relevant capabilities, experience, qualifications, and work location.
