The Challenge
iugu is a Brazilian fintech payment infrastructure company looking for a PMM who can bridge product, sales, and growth. You'll own product adoption, reduce churn, and translate complex payment solutions into clear value propositions that move the needle.
Your Mission
Map current product positioning and sales enablement gaps; conduct customer interviews to identify top churn drivers
Launch internal product communication strategy and first sales enablement training program for the commercial team
Create core product marketing artifacts (positioning docs, use case guides, sales decks) for 2-3 flagship products
Establish baseline metrics: product adoption rates, sales ramp-up time, NPS by product segment
Execute full product launch governance process for new features; measure post-launch adoption vs. targets
Reduce churn by 15-20% through targeted customer communication and value realization campaigns
Build PLG-informed onboarding strategy to accelerate customer time-to-value
Establish regular product marketing rituals: monthly alignment meetings, quarterly product health reviews, continuous sales feedback loops
