Job Title: Head of Insurance Product & GTM Strategy
Location: New York/ New Jersey (Onsite)

Role Overview
This role is responsible for designing and executing an Underwriting Go To Market strategy that enables profitable growth focused on Commercial and Specialty Insurance industry needs. The role will drive execution to build the most comprehensive and accurate approach to solving key commercial insurance challenges such as loss ratio improvement and expense reduction.
As a key member of IntellectAI Insuranceās leadership team, this individual will shape how customers, prospects, analysts, and the broader industry perceive IntellectAI. The role requires a strong understanding of stakeholder priorities, client objectives, and industry challenges to build long term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Go To Market strategy for underwriting solutions within the Commercial and Specialty Insurance segment.
- Analyze competitor offerings across vendors and identify the most effective and efficient solutions for customers.
- Lead product demonstrations and strategic discussions with prospective clients.
- Monitor emerging underwriting trends and contribute insights to IntellectAIās product roadmap.
- Demonstrate strong expertise across Commercial Insurance lines including Specialty, Property, and Casualty.
- Identify industry data needs, existing gaps, and best practices, and drive initiatives internally and with vendors to address these needs.
- Achieve revenue targets in the assigned geography through new customer acquisition, growth within existing accounts, and customer retention.
- Provide strategic advisory and consulting support to customers to address client specific challenges and business goals.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience as an Underwriting, Insurance Product, or Operations Leader within a large insurance carrier or Managing General Agent (MGA).
- Deep expertise in Commercial Lines insurance and insurance operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused mindset with strong relationship building capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelorās degree (BA or BSc).
- Insurance certifications are preferred.
- Experience in Data, Analytics, or Insurtech is an added advantage.
