The Challenge

Farsight is building the agentic AI platform transforming financial services workflows-helping investment banks and PE firms automate what takes 80% of their time. You'll own positioning, messaging, and GTM across four verticals, competing against chatbots and generic AI to prove categorical difference.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Develop and lock messaging framework that differentiates Farsight from chatbots across IB, PE, wealth management, and hedge funds verticals

2

Build core sales toolkit (pitch decks, ROI calculators, objection guides) tailored to Partner/MD/CIO buyer personas

3

Launch weekly product email strategy and establish scalable prospect/customer communication cadence

4

Conduct 5-10 win/loss interviews and competitive intelligence briefing to inform messaging and sales battlecards

By 6 Months
1

Execute full GTM for 2+ product launches, measuring adoption and market resonance through sales velocity and win rates

2

Establish Farsight as thought leader in financial services AI via LinkedIn presence and 3+ analyst relations or speaking placements

3

Optimize pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Sales and Product; model and present 2-3 pricing scenarios with impact projections

4

Scale customer communications across funnel; achieve 25%+ engagement on product emails and 3+ case studies published

Sales Win Rate by Vertical

Track win/loss by buyer type to validate messaging effectiveness and identify where positioning needs refinement.

Product Email Engagement (Open/Click-through)

Measure weekly email strategy performance to optimize messaging and cadence.

Sales Collateral Usage & Feedback

Monitor which decks, ROI calculators, and objection guides drive deal velocity; gather field feedback monthly.

Competitive Positioning

Quarterly win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence reports to validate differentiation story.

Company Intelligence

Farsight AI is an agentic AI platform enabling financial services firms (investment banks, PE, wealth management, hedge funds) to fully automate high-nuance workflows. Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped messaging and positioning that moved the needle in B2B SaaS-and you can articulate why it worked
  • You speak financial services or enterprise software; you understand buyer sophistication and trust in AI adoption
  • You love sales partnerships-you'll spend time in the field understanding what closes deals and iterating accordingly
  • You're comfortable owning both strategy (pricing, positioning) and execution (writing collateral, managing cadence)
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility-4 days/week in-office Manhattan is table stakes
  • You've never worked at a B2B SaaS company or lack hands-on PMM execution (strategy-only won't work here)
  • You're uncomfortable with early-stage velocity and ambiguity-titles and processes are emerging

Interview Process

1

Screening call

Confirm PMM background and interest in fintech AI; assess familiarity with financial services buyer psychology

2

Portfolio/case study review

Walk through 1-2 positioning projects, GTM launches, or sales collateral you've led-what moved the metric?

3

Hiring manager conversation

Deep dive on Sales partnership approach, competitive positioning, and how you'd handle messaging across 4 verticals

4

Team meeting

Likely meet Sales leadership and Product to assess fit and get a sense of day-to-day collaboration
