· Act as an industry-facing equipment subject-matter leader in customer discussions and strategic engagements

· Lead launch readiness and go-to-market execution for new and enhanced equipment offerings

· Support strategic and late-stage sales opportunities, influencing solution design and value articulation

· Create and maintain equipment-specific sales enablement tools, messaging, and commercial guidance

· Coordinate cross-functionally with Global and Europe R&D, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to ensure commercial and operational readiness

· Contribute to the evolution of the portfolio by identifying opportunities to expand, refine, or simplify offerings over time

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering

· 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, product ownership, technical commercialization, or equipment portfolio management

· 3+ years’ experience in industrial capital equipment marketing and/or sales with demonstrated project management skills

· Experience translating complex products into clear, customer-focused offerings and value propositions

· Experience supporting data center, thermal management, or liquid cooling markets

Preferred Qualifications

· Marketing qualification, MBA, or equivalent commercial training preferred

· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, using foresight and judgment to influence portfolio and commercialization decisions

· Experience in developing and launching new products/services

· Experience in product / customer portfolio management

· Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
