Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship 3-4 launch campaign asset sets (paid, social, owned) with measurable engagement metrics

Build and deliver comprehensive sales enablement kit (pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards) for immediate field deployment

Establish and document Figma component library and design system baseline for scalable production

4

Master Clara's product capabilities and competitive positioning—translate into 5+ visual narratives for finance leader personas

By 6 Months
1

Drive 2-3 major product launches with full-funnel campaign assets; track conversion lift vs. baseline

Scale sales enablement across all product lines with AI-assisted templates; measure win rate impact

Mentor junior designer or contractor; document processes to 80% reduction in brief-to-delivery cycle time

4

Own motion design/video production for 2-3 hero campaigns; test performance vs. static creative

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign Asset Performance

Engagement rate (CTR, impression share, video completion) on paid/social creative by channel and persona.

Sales Enablement Adoption

Usage frequency of decks and battle cards by reps; correlation to deal velocity and win rate.

Design Throughput

Number of assets shipped per sprint; time from brief to approval (target: <5 days for standard assets).

Template Reusability

% of new campaigns built on existing Figma components; reduction in custom design hours.

  • You've shipped 3+ high-impact B2B campaign asset sets and can show real business results (pipeline lift, win rate impact)
  • You're fluent in both English and Spanish—critical for LatAm GTM and working with regional teams
  • You're comfortable with Figma + Adobe and genuinely excited to use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly) to 10x your output, not as a crutch
  • You love translating gnarly fintech complexity into clean, persuasive visuals that finance leaders actually understand
