The Opportunity

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build and run high-performance GTM systems for BX Studio. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn data, signals, workflows, and automation into a pipeline.

You’ll work across outbound systems, enrichment, segmentation, campaign infrastructure, and GTM experimentation. The right person is both technical and commercial: someone who can build clean systems and understands what drives meetings, opportunities, and revenue.


What You’ll Own

  • Build and maintain outbound and prospecting workflows using Clay and related GTM tools
  • Develop systems for list building, enrichment, segmentation, scoring, routing, and research
  • Turn raw data and market signals into usable campaign infrastructure
  • Improve workflow reliability and reporting
  • Help BX Studio generate pipeline by building campaigns targeting companies that may need services like website redesign or migration, AEO/SEO, and ongoing website support
  • Work across signal design, targeting logic, outbound infrastructure, and experimentation
  • Integrate Clay with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, sequencing platforms, enrichment providers, spreadsheets, webhooks, Zapier, or Make
  • Maintain data quality and workflow accuracy
  • Document systems so they can be reused and scaled


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, growth, RevOps, sales operations, outbound systems, or GTM engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Clay or similar GTM automation workflows
  • Experience building prospecting, enrichment, segmentation, or signal-based workflows from scratch
  • Strong understanding of data quality, targeting logic, and outbound mechanics
  • Comfortable working independently and shipping quickly


Nice to Have

  • Experience in a B2B agency, consulting, or services environment
  • Familiarity with professional services or agency sales
  • Exposure to SEO, AEO, or website-related service businesses
