We are looking for an experienced
Link Acquisition Specialist
to join our fast-growing SEO technology company. In this fully remote role, you will take complete ownership of developing and executing our backlink strategies, evaluating domain quality, and collaborating directly with the CEO to drive measurable organic growth.If you are looking for a high-autonomy role where you have the free hands to shape procedures, build out a portfolio of publication partners, and directly impact a company's trajectory, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and scale high-quality backlink and link acquisition strategies that align with long-term organic growth goals
- Domain & Profile Evaluation: Use a data-driven mindset to rigorously assess website quality, analyze link profiles, and evaluate metrics like DR, DA, and organic traffic
- Outreach & Negotiation: Manage end-to-end email and text outreach campaigns to secure placements on high-authority, relevant publication sites
- Portfolio Building: Build, maintain, and nurture your own network of publishers, media partners, and webmasters with full autonomy
- C-Suite Collaboration: Work directly alongside the CEO to align link acquisition efforts with broader SEO product goals and company growth targets
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of link-building campaigns and their impact on organic visibility
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience in link building and acquisition. Backgrounds in SEO agencies, SaaS, iGaming, or affiliate marketing are a huge plus
- Tool Proficiency: Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with core SEO power tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic)
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written English communication skills with a proven track record of successful email/text outreach and negotiation
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data competency-you look past vanity metrics to find genuine, contextual link relevance and domain authority
- Self-Starter Attitude: Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
- Geographic Requirement: Must be legally resident and authorized to work from an EU country
- Competitive Salary: €30,000 - €45,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
