ABOUT THE ROLE

Kopari Beauty is looking for a data-driven, creative-minded Senior Manager of Performance

Marketing to join our growing ecommerce team. This role owns paid media execution and

optimization across our key growth channels — including Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging

platforms — with a sharp focus on driving efficient customer acquisition across DTC, retail, and

social commerce. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Director of Ecommerce, Performance Creative

Strategist and; rest of the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to translate business goals into channel strategy, autonomously manage significant media budgets, and partner cross-functionally with creative, brand, and retail teams to build full-funnel campaigns that perform.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Media Execution and Optimization

  • Own day-to-day campaign management across paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search

(Google/YouTube), and emerging acquisition channels

  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CAC, AOV,

and incrementality

  • Manage audience strategy, bid management, budget pacing, and campaign structure

across platforms

  • Partner with the performance creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative,

connecting creative learnings back to media strategy

  • Partner with the performance creative & ecommerce team to brief, test and iterate on

landing pages with a focus on improving CVR


Strategy and Planning

  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual channel strategy and budget planning,

including scenario modeling and revenue forecasting

  • Identify new channel and format opportunities (e.g. CTV, OOH, retail media, and affiliate

placements) and develop test-and-learn frameworks to evaluate them

  • Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap across creative, audience, bidding, and

placement variables


Measurement and Reporting

  • Own daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting across paid channels,

synthesizing data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership

  • Work with MMM partner and data platforms to understand incrementality and apply

findings to budget allocation

  • Maintain best-in-class account health across all paid platforms including event tracking,

CAPI and pixel configuration, catalog setup, and data quality oversight


Emerging Channel Development

  • Identify and validate new growth opportunities across new and existing paid channels to

ensure alignment with overall business objectives and the broader acquisition strategy


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with significant depth in Meta Ads

Manager, Google Ads & TikTok Ads Manager experience strongly preferred

  • Experience managing $1M+ monthly media budgets with a strong understanding of

budget pacing and efficiency metrics

  • Background in DTC or e-commerce required; beauty, CPG, or lifestyle brand experience

is a plus

  • Familiarity with omnichannel measurement, including platform attribution, MMM, and/or

incrementality testing

  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Comfortable working with performance data in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot

tables, budget models, and forecasting

  • Experience with third-party measurement tools (e.g. GA4, Triple Whale, LiftLab, or

similar)

  • Familiarity with Shopify and basic pixel/tracking concepts (UTMs, event tracking)
  • Ability to connect media performance data to creative strategy — not just flagging what

is working, but understanding why

  • Strong testing instincts: knows how to design clean tests, interpret results, and scale

learnings

  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and building structure in a fast-moving, lean team

environment

  • Clear, confident communicator who can translate data into leadership-ready narratives
  • Experience contributing to or presenting in executive-facing reporting
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively across creative, brand, and retail

functions

  • The estimated annual pay range for this role is $100,000-$120,000* annually
