What you'll do

About the Role

Reporting to both the Analytics / SEA Senior Manager and the Omnichannel Business Performance Manager, you will contribute to the successful execution of the Paid Search strategy and support global business performance monitoring. Your work will help ensure alignment with both central and regional objectives. You will collaborate daily with international teams across the US, EMEA, Japan, the Middle East, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Search Acquisition Support

  • Assist in managing the relationship and day to day with the external SEA agency
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and implementation / performance audits
  • Follow the quality of our product feeds
  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital reports using Looker Studio
  • Help to identify and implement growth opportunities / strategies by market


Omnichannel Performance

  • Support weekly global performance monitoring

    by analyzing key metrics including net sales, return rates, traffic and conversion rates across acquisition channels, leveraging BI tools and Google Analytics
  • Contribute to monthly omnichannel strategic performance reviews, covering sales KPIs, client-related indicators, and worldwide NPS consolidation, while delivering actionable insights drawn from client verbatims
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses

    to support the omnichannel team, particularly in relation to: Commercial activation campaigns, Follow-up in new projects launched
  • Lead omnichannel client-related analyses

  • Build and maintain knowledge-sharing documentation,including KPI glossaries and process documentation


Skills & Qualifications

  • Master degree - University / Business School in Data / Digital.
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio, Google Analytics / Google Ads
  • Ease with Excel and PowerPoint / Power BI
  • Curiosity, Interest in luxury and fashion is obviously a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details. Able to translate data to insights
  • Fluent English required
