The Challenge

Scale acquisition strategies for a portfolio of B2C clients using AI-powered marketing automation and predictive analytics. You'll own the full funnel—from SEO and Paid Media to CRM and CRO—while building and leading a high-performing digital team.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current acquisition performance across client portfolio; identify quick-win optimizations in SEO, SMA, and paid channels

Establish baseline KPI tracking and reporting cadence with clients; define 90-day growth targets

3

Implement AI-powered lead scoring and segmentation logic for top 2-3 clients; measure lift in conversion rates

4

Onboard and align team on strategy; document core acquisition playbooks and decision frameworks

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 20-30% improvement in lead acquisition cost across managed portfolio through multi-channel optimization

Scale predictive modeling to forecast ROI and budget allocation; reduce manual forecasting by 50%

3

Launch and iterate on 3+ CRO experiments using AI-driven personalization; achieve measurable conversion lift

4

Establish AI automation workflows for nurturing and lead qualification; reduce manual touchpoints by 40%

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Track and optimize acquisition spend efficiency across SEO, SEA, SMA, and CRM channels.

Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate

Measure downstream impact of nurturing automation and CRO improvements on commercial outcomes.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ROI

Monitor full-funnel ROI; tie marketing spend to revenue generation across client accounts.

A/B Test Velocity & Win Rate

Track number of experiments launched monthly and statistical significance of conversion wins.

AI Model Accuracy (Lead Scoring)

Measure prediction accuracy of lead quality scoring; iterate on algorithm performance.

For You If
  • You've built and scaled acquisition funnels (5+ years) and have real wins with SEO, paid, and CRM channels
  • You speak fluent KPI and can connect marketing moves to revenue impact—dashboards and decision-making are your habitat
  • You're curious about AI's role in marketing (lead scoring, predictive modeling, personalization) and want hands-on experience
  • You can lead small teams, translate client briefs into strategy, and stay scrappy while managing multiple stakeholders
  • You're comfortable in a matrix environment with both client-facing and operational responsibilities
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility; this is 100% on-site in Paris
  • You prefer deep specialization in one channel (e.g., PPC only) over broad multi-channel optimization
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or tight client SLAs; this role is highly performance-accountable
