Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've managed 2-5 years in influencer marketing, creator relations, or social/content strategy and can source talent strategically
  • You're fluent in platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and can spot culturally resonant creators fast
  • You thrive balancing big-picture campaign strategy with hands-on production, asset trafficking, and deadline management
  • You can communicate clearly across cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, IMC, Paid Media) and own end-to-end workflows
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable building systems (trackers, templates, processes) that scale
Won't Work If
  • You want a pure strategy role-this is 50% production and asset management; hands-on execution is core
  • You're uncomfortable with hybrid work (2-3 days/week onsite in LA) or prefer fully remote
  • You lack direct experience managing creators and contracts or understanding influencer vetting and brand alignment

Meet Senior Manager (Brand Moments), IMC/Brand partners, and potentially Paid Media team to assess cross-functional collaboration fit
