The Challenge
Xometry powers the manufacturing revolution by connecting innovators with global makers. You'll own relationships with Fortune 1000 industrial clients, designing and executing digital strategies that drive real ROI in a complex B2B space.
Your Mission
Onboard 3-5 assigned accounts, document baseline KPIs and establish trust through strategic discovery calls
Master the tech stack (HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress) and identify quick wins for existing campaigns
Partner with cross-functional teams to launch first campaign cycle and deliver on initial client deliverables
Build playbooks for recurring client communication cadence and program status reporting
Drive measurable ROI improvements across portfolio: +15% conversion rate or +20% lead quality on priority accounts
Position yourself as trusted advisor by consulting on 2-3 major strategy pivots based on data insights
Develop and present holistic growth strategies for 3+ accounts covering user acquisition, conversion, and revenue
Generate 2+ upsell opportunities through cross-functional collaboration with sales team

Measure campaign performance against client goals-conversion rate, lead quality, revenue impact.

Track delivery against deliverables, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction across portfolio.

Monitor SEO rankings, social engagement, email open/click rates, and Google Ads ROAS by client.
Client Retention & Expansion
Measure account health, upsell success rate, and net dollar retention within your portfolio.

- You've spent 1-3 years in agency digital marketing and understand how to manage multiple client relationships
- You're fluent in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress-or pick them up fast
- You thrive on data-driven decisions and can translate performance metrics into strategic recommendations
- You have B2B or manufacturing industry experience (or hunger to learn it) and can consult clients on best practices
- You want full remote work-this role is on-site in Waltham
- You lack hands-on digital marketing experience or client-facing project management skills
- You're uncomfortable with 1-on-1 biweekly/monthly client calls and strategic consulting conversations
- You work best in individual contributor roles with no stakeholder management needs
