The Challenge

WTorre is a reference in real estate and entertainment, managing iconic venues like Allianz Parque. You'll own media strategy for sports events, shows, and arena experiences—driving ticket sales and fan acquisition with real budgets and measurable performance.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current media spend across Google Ads and Meta, identify top/bottom performers, and create baseline KPI dashboard

Launch 2-3 optimized campaigns for upcoming events with A/B testing on creative and audience targeting

Audit and fix pixel/tag implementation across all tracking surfaces; establish clean data pipeline

Build weekly performance reporting cadence aligned with commercial team; identify $5K+ monthly optimization opportunities

By 6 Months

Reduce CPA by 20% through audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategy refinement

Establish predictive model linking pre-event media spend to ticket conversion and post-event fan retention

Launch integrated CRM + media strategy piloting dynamic pricing based on demand signals and campaign performance

Document and scale winning event playbooks (high-value games, product launches, batch sales) across calendar
