The Challenge
WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit where you'll drive digital investment strategy across Latin America's largest market. You'll own media negotiations, publisher integrations, and revenue targets while positioning WPP's open intelligence platform as the competitive advantage.
Your Mission
Map existing publisher relationships and identify top 5 negotiation opportunities for rate/rebate improvements
Establish baseline media investment benchmarks across TikTok, Google, Meta, and programmatic channels in Mexico City market
Build alignment with internal solutions teams (CTV, OOH, programmatic) to create integrated account go-to-market approach
Deliver first revenue target (specific % of annual goal) through new publisher partnerships or rate renegotiations
Negotiate and close 3+ publisher rate agreements with documented ROI/rebate improvements of 15%+
Integrate 2-3 new programmatic marketplace partners into WPP Open platform, tracking adoption metrics
Lead 5+ client pitches that bundle internal solutions (programmatic + CTV + OOH), hitting 40%+ close rate
Establish responsible investment framework (RIF) as pitch differentiator, securing 2+ new client commitments
