The Challenge

WITHIN is scaling fast and needs sharp marketers who can own performance across 8+ channels. You'll build real expertise in paid social, search, programmatic, and retail media—learning by doing on actual client campaigns.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master 2-3 core channels (Paid Social or Paid Search) by launching and optimizing 5+ campaigns independently

Build proficiency in KPI dashboards and reporting—own 3 client performance reports monthly with actionable insights

3

Execute 10+ A/B tests across assigned channels and document learnings for team playbooks

4

Establish communication rhythm with assigned client portfolio—weekly check-ins and strategy alignment

By 6 Months
1

Demonstrate mid-level competency across 4 channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Email, one specialist channel)

Drive measurable ROAS improvements—deliver 15%+ average lift on accounts you manage

3

Lead cross-channel strategy development for 2-3 client accounts with internal team input

4

Contribute proprietary frameworks or best practices that scale across client base

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign ROAS by Channel

Track return on ad spend across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and other channels.

Client Performance vs. KPI Targets

Measure whether managed accounts hit conversion, CTR, CPC, and engagement benchmarks.

A/B Test Velocity & Wins

Count tests executed monthly and win rate—how many improve performance by 5%+ threshold.

Dashboard & Reporting Turnaround

Time-to-insight—how fast you deliver actionable reports with clear next steps.

Internal Collaboration Score

Feedback from team on quality of insights, communication clarity, and cross-team execution.
