The Challenge
WITHIN is scaling fast and needs sharp marketers who live and breathe performance metrics. You'll own pieces of client campaigns across 8+ channels—paid social, search, programmatic, email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media—turning data into growth.
Your Mission
Master 2-3 core channels (Paid Social + Paid Search minimum) and execute 5+ live campaigns with documented performance
Build proficiency in Excel analytics: create 3+ client dashboards using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting
Conduct A/B testing on 4+ campaigns and deliver actionable insights reports to clients
Establish client communication cadence: weekly updates, monthly strategy syncs, zero missed deadlines
Own end-to-end campaign management for 3-5 accounts; hit performance targets on 80%+ of active campaigns
Gain hands-on experience across all 8 channels with documented case studies for 2 channels outside your core
Identify and implement 1 process improvement using proprietary tech or best practices that scales across 3+ campaigns
Present quarterly business reviews to clients with strategic recommendations and ROI analysis
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track revenue generated per dollar spent across paid channels; target client benchmarks.
Click-Through Rate (CTR) by Channel
Monitor paid social, search, and programmatic CTR to optimize creative and bidding strategy.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Measure efficiency of conversions across campaigns; flag underperformers for optimization.
Dashboard Delivery SLA
100% on-time delivery of client reports and KPI dashboards; no late submissions.
