The Challenge
WITHIN is scaling fast and needs someone who can juggle paid social, search, programmatic, email, and affiliate—all at once. You'll own performance metrics across multiple channels and learn the full stack of digital marketing in a real, deadline-driven environment.
Your Mission
Ship your first end-to-end campaign (paid social or search) and hit agreed KPIs with support from the team
Master one DSP or ad platform (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or programmatic tool) to fluency
Build and deliver your first 3 performance dashboards with actionable insights for clients
Contribute 5+ A/B test recommendations and support implementation across campaigns
Own performance reporting for 2-3 client accounts independently; present monthly insights and optimization roadmaps
Develop expertise in at least 3 channels (e.g., paid social + paid search + email) and lead campaigns in those areas
Design and execute a full-funnel retail media or programmatic campaign from brief to reporting
Create a playbook or best-practice document for one marketing channel based on client wins and learnings
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track revenue generated per dollar spent across paid channels; target 2-4x depending on channel and vertical.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Measure efficiency of customer acquisition across channels; optimize down month-over-month.
Click-Through Rate (CTR) & Conversion Rate
Monitor ad performance and funnel efficiency; benchmark against industry standards and your own baselines.
Email Open Rate & Click Rate
Track email marketing performance; aim for 20%+ open rate and 2-5% click rate depending on audience.
Dashboard Accuracy & Timeliness
Deliver weekly/monthly reports on time with zero data errors; improve client decision velocity.
