The Challenge

Wild Lama is a bold brand challenging norms in the Chilean market. You'll own the digital growth engine—merging data analysis with creative execution to drive ecommerce revenue, optimize every funnel stage, and prove impact through real metrics.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize Shopify site performance: improve conversion rate by 10-15% through UX/content improvements and product catalog restructuring

Launch and manage first Meta + Google Ads campaigns with clear ROI targets, establishing baseline performance benchmarks

3

Build monthly performance dashboard tracking sales, CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics to guide strategic decisions

4

Identify and document 3-5 quick-win optimization opportunities in current digital channels

By 6 Months

Scale winning ad campaigns to 2-3x spend while maintaining or improving ROAS above 3:1

Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy testing new channels beyond paid search/social

Reduce average CAC by 15-20% through audience refinement and conversion rate optimization

4

Create quarterly strategic growth recommendations with data-backed proposals for exec team buy-in

KPIs You'll Own

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Track revenue generated per dollar spent on Meta and Google Ads campaigns—your core profitability metric.

Conversion Rate

Monitor percentage of site visitors completing purchases; target 10-15% improvement within first 3 months.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Measure cost to acquire one customer; optimize downward by testing audiences and creative variants.

Funnel Drop-off Rates

Identify where visitors exit (product page, cart, checkout) and prioritize optimization efforts by impact.

Monthly Revenue Growth

Track total ecommerce revenue MoM to demonstrate marketing's direct impact on business results.
