The Challenge
Whoz is the leading cloud solution for staffing management in digital services companies. As Go-To-Market Lead, you'll own the full GTM strategy execution—from structuring market offers and segments to orchestrating cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) and delivering hands-on assets. This is a rare chance to build GTM rigor in a fast-growing, structuring organization.
Your Mission
Map and formalize 2-3 primary GTM strategies (ICPs, use cases, value props) with input from Sales, Product, and Presales
Establish weekly cross-functional GTM rituals (kick-off, sync, review) with clear ownership and decision-making frameworks
Deliver first wave of core assets: messaging framework, 2-3 sales enablement decks, and campaign brief template
Identify and resolve top 3 friction points blocking alignment between Sales, Product, and Marketing
Execute 2 full GTM launches (new segment or use case) from strategy through campaign measurement, hitting launch timelines
Build and document replicable GTM playbook (structure, timeline, roles, handoffs) that scales across new initiatives
Achieve 80%+ adoption of messaging and positioning framework across Sales and Presales teams
Reduce GTM planning cycle from planning to launch by 30% through process improvements and clarity

Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped 3+ GTMs end-to-end in B2B SaaS and can jump between strategy and execution
- You thrive unblocking cross-functional teams and turning ambiguity into actionable plans
- You're comfortable being hands-on—writing briefs, structuring messaging, building decks—not just directing others
- You've worked in scale-up or high-growth environments where process and clarity were competitive advantages
- You prefer pure strategy work and delegate all execution; this role is 50/50 strategy + hands-on delivery
- You need a fully mature GTM playbook in place; you'll be building it from scratch in a structuring org
- You're uncomfortable with frequent stakeholder alignment meetings and async decision-making in a matrix environment

Case Study / GTM Workout
Design a mini-GTM strategy for a new use case or segment (take-home or in-call, ~60 min)
Stakeholder Panel
Meet Sales Lead, Product Lead, and Marketing team members to assess collaboration and communication fit
Final Interview
Conversation with broader leadership on company vision, scaling ambition, and cultural alignment
