The Challenge
Webconversion is a B2B digital marketing agency obsessed with qualified lead generation and measurable growth. You'll own HubSpot implementation and growth strategy for demanding clients (PMEs to ETIs), balancing strategy, execution, and results in a lean, high-performing team.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize HubSpot setup for 2-3 active client accounts; identify quick wins in process structure and automation
Build and launch first multi-channel acquisition roadmap (Paid + organic) for priority client with clear 30/60/90 milestones
Create standardized HubSpot implementation playbook (cadrage → integration → training) to scale across new clients
Set up 3-5 performance dashboards tracking lead quality, CAC, and pipeline velocity across client accounts
Successfully migrate and optimize HubSpot CRM for 4+ clients; document post-implementation improvements (lead velocity, sales efficiency gains)
Own growth strategy for 2-3 flagship accounts; deliver 25%+ improvement in qualified lead volume or cost-per-lead
Establish advanced nurture sequences and SalesOps workflows reducing sales cycle by 15-20% across accounts
Become internal HubSpot thought leader; mentor junior team members and own client training/enablement

Track month-over-month growth in SQLs generated across managed accounts vs. baseline.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Monitor paid campaign efficiency (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) against client targets and industry benchmarks.
HubSpot Implementation Time
Measure cadrage-to-live duration and adoption metrics for each client migration; target 20% faster than industry standard.
Sales Cycle Velocity
Days from lead creation to close; optimize through nurture automation and process alignment.
Client Retention & NPS
Track account satisfaction and repeat business; target >8/10 NPS for growth consulting work.

- You're fluent in B2B growth strategy: you can build multi-channel roadmaps, run paid campaigns (Google/LinkedIn), and think like a RevOps operator
- You're a strong communicator who genuinely enjoys advisory work; you can translate client chaos into structured, documented processes
- You're data-obsessed and performance-driven; you track metrics, iterate based on results, and obsess over lead quality and CAC
- You want to be fully remote or need 4+ days WFH; this role is on-site in Lyon with limited flex
- You're a generalist marketer; this role demands deep HubSpot expertise and CRM architecture knowledge
- You expect clear hierarchy and hand-holding; you'll need autonomy, self-direction, and comfort with ambiguity in a lean agency
