Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher globally with 7B downloads. You'll create mobile video ads that drive user acquisition across hypercasual to hardcore games, working with a 150-person growth team obsessed with performance metrics.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Voodoo's video ad production workflow and competitive benchmarking process for mobile gaming verticals

Ship 15-20 high-performing video assets across 2-3 different product scopes (hypercasual, hybrid, casual)

Develop deep understanding of what drives engagement in mobile game video ads through A/B testing and performance data analysis

4

Integrate into creative squad, establish feedback loops, and contribute to at least one transversal testing initiative

By 6 Months

Become the go-to expert on video creative strategy for one game vertical, driving measurable uplift in CAC efficiency

Build a personal portfolio of 50+ shipped video assets with documented performance metrics and learnings

Mentor 1-2 junior creatives and define best practices for your creative squad

Lead a cross-functional experiment testing new video tools, platforms, or creative formats for the growth team

  • You're fluent in After Effects and have 3+ years creating video content for performance marketing or mobile gaming
  • You obsess over metrics—you understand why a video performs and can iterate ruthlessly based on data
  • You're deeply familiar with mobile gaming (especially hypercasual and casual) and know what hooks users
  • You have a hacker mentality and want to experiment with new tools, formats, and creative approaches
  • You thrive in collaborative international squads and speak fluent English (written and verbal)
