The Challenge
Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher globally with 7B downloads. You'll be the technical engine behind their Creative squad, turning 20+ games into viral ad campaigns by modifying gameplay in Unity and producing high-performing video assets.
Your Mission
Master the modification workflow: learn how to iterate on 5+ different game projects using Unity to adapt gameplay for ad creative
Produce your first 10+ gameplay video assets for ad campaigns, recording and editing content that meets performance benchmarks
Analyze competitor ad creative and game mechanics to identify patterns that drive higher CTR and install rates
Build rapport with the marketing team by consistently delivering optimized game builds and gathering feedback on creative performance
Own the creative pipeline for 3-4 assigned game projects, from gameplay modification to final video delivery
Develop proficiency in 2D/3D graphics tools (Photoshop, Blender) to design custom skins, environments, and branded assets
Establish yourself as the go-to person for prototyping new gameplay mechanics that test well in ads across hypercasual, hybrid, and casual genres
Contribute to documented best practices and creative playbooks that scale the team's output across 20+ projects

Creative Performance (CTR/CPI)
Click-through rate and cost-per-install of ad campaigns using your modified game footage versus baseline.

- You're remote-only; this is on-site in Paris with limited flexibility

Technical Assignment
Modify a simple game build in Unity (e.g., adjust gameplay for ad appeal, record footage) to demonstrate technical chops and creative thinking

Meet Creative squad members; discuss past projects, how you approach iteration, and collaboration with marketing stakeholders
Growth Lead Interview
