ROLE

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to own and scale Blitz’s organic growth engine in the US.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of content, creators, community, and culture. You’ll build scalable acquisition loops through influencers, streamers, social content, partnerships, referral mechanics, and IRL activations, turning Blitz into a brand players actively talk about and share.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to drive awareness, engagement, and user growth across our portfolio.

  • Own Blitz’s organic growth strategy across social, content, community, referrals, creator partnerships, and emerging channels

  • Build and scale a best-in-class Creator Program from the ground up, including UGC, Streaming and affiliates

  • Source, recruit, and manage creators, influencers, streamers, and gaming communities aligned with the Blitz brand

  • Manage IRL/community initiatives

  • Develop repeatable growth loops that drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition

  • Track, analyze, and optimize organic growth performance across channels using data and experimentation

  • Continuously test new ideas, channels, formats, and partnerships to unlock scalable growth

PROFILE

  • 2+ years of experience in growth, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community, or digital marketing

  • Strong understanding of internet culture, gaming ecosystems, creator economy dynamics, and social platforms

  • Experience working with influencers, streamers, talent agencies, or creator programs

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and experimentation

  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize performance

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Passionate about gaming, competition, creators, and online communities

  • Based in the United States
