Your Mission
Ship conversion infrastructure: full acquisition funnel with 24-hour First Deliverable system that prospects forward to co-founders
Build lead scoring and qualification automation that self-selects ideal prospects and feeds pipeline
Instrument complete attribution stack (PostHog + custom analytics) to identify what's actually working
Launch semi-automated outbound system using Clay, Apollo, and AI-native enrichment workflows
Own and optimize client dashboard: deliverables, reports, billing, AI activity tracking—product-led growth engine
Win at SEO/GEO for govoltaire.com; establish AI marketing company as category authority through organic channels
Scale revenue engineering: optimize checkout, pricing, upgrade paths, and build infrastructure for product expansion beyond marketing
Build experimentation framework (hypothesis → test → measure → ship/kill) with clear ownership and weekly velocity

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track blended CAC across paid, outbound, and organic to optimize unit economics above 85% gross margins.
Conversion Rate by Stage
Measure first touch → demo → trial → paid conversion rates to identify and fix funnel bottlenecks.
