The Challenge
Vocca is a fast-growing AI healthtech startup (3,500+ providers, €5.5M seed) targeting €10M ARR by end of 2026. You'll be the first marketing leader building the entire GTM function from scratch—positioning, demand generation, brand, and team—for a category-defining AI voice agent platform.
Your Mission
Define and validate ICP, positioning, and messaging across 2-3 key segments (radiology, dental, general practice)
Audit current marketing efforts, identify quick wins, and establish baseline metrics (MQLs, CAC, pipeline value)
Launch redesigned website with updated positioning and publish 3-5 foundational case studies or thought leadership pieces
Build marketing playbook for demand generation and recruit first hire (designer or content manager)
Execute multi-channel demand gen engine (SEO content roadmap, paid channel strategy, events calendar) generating 50+ qualified MQLs/month
Establish repeatable GTM model demonstrating clear revenue impact (pipeline generated, CAC, conversion rates)
Complete website redesign launch and content hub with 15+ assets (case studies, webinars, guides)
Scale marketing team to 2-3 people and hand off operational execution for 80% of campaigns

Monthly qualified pipeline value attributed to marketing, tracked against €10M ARR goal.
MQLs and Conversion Rate
Marketing qualified leads generated month-over-month and conversion rate to sales qualified opportunities.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Total marketing spend divided by new customers acquired, benchmarked against LTV.
Organic Traffic & SEO Performance
Monthly website visitors, keyword rankings for core health-tech terms, and organic conversion rate.
Brand Awareness Metrics
Website traffic, social engagement, content downloads, and event attendance growth YoY.

Is This Role For You?
- You've owned GTM strategy and demand generation for a B2B SaaS company with measurable revenue impact (5+ years experience)
- You understand how to position and sell to enterprise healthcare (or can quickly learn the vertical)
- You can build a multi-channel acquisition engine (SEO, paid, content, events) and optimize for pipeline, not just vanity metrics
- You're excited about founding-stage challenges: building the marketing function, recruiting talent, and operating with limited resources but high leverage
- You need a fully built team and established marketing infrastructure—this role is hands-on, building from scratch
- You're unfamiliar with B2B SaaS GTM or healthcare; the learning curve will be steep for this stage
- You focus on brand awareness and content for content's sake rather than revenue-driven demand generation
- You're risk-averse or uncomfortable with ambiguity; founding-stage means pivoting strategy based on data as the business scales
