About PairQueue PairQueue is building the next generation of real-time social coordination for theme parks.

We help park guests

find ride groups,

  • coordinate with other visitors,
  • meet verified park-goers,

and maximize their day experience through real-time matching and trip planning.

Our launch market is focused on Cedar Point, with expansion plans across additional parks and entertainment destinations.

Unlike generic social apps, PairQueue is designed around

real-world coordination, trust and identity verification, live event density, and operational community growth.

We are backed by the ecosystem behind Aortem and built using modern Flutter/Dart infrastructure.

The Role

We’re looking for an early-stage Growth & Community Lead to help drive PairQueue’s launch and real-world activation strategy.

This is not a passive “social media manager” role.

This role sits at the intersection of

creator partnerships, community operations, growth experimentation, live activation, and user engagement.

You’ll help create the initial density and momentum that powers a marketplace-style social product.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage creator/influencer partnerships within the theme park and coaster community
  • Coordinate launch activations and user engagement campaigns

Drive community growth across

TikTok Instagram Reddit Discord Facebook Groups creator communities

Help organize and facilitate live in-park engagement

  • Work directly with founders on growth experiments and launch strategy

Generate UGC (user-generated content) opportunities

Help improve onboarding, retention, and referral loops

  • Identify opportunities to increase successful same-day ride matches

Coordinate with ambassadors, creators, and early adopters

Important Launch Requirement Candidates must be available June 18-20, 2026 for PairQueue’s live launch activation at Cedar Point.

This is a critical launch period involving

creator coordination, live community activation, real-time user engagement, and launch operations.

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates may have experience in

creator partnerships, growth marketing, community operations, live event/community engagement, startup growth, ambassador programs, or social platform/community building.

Bonus if you

are active in the theme park/coaster community, understand TikTok/Discord culture, enjoy live events and community interaction, or have experience growing consumer/mobile apps.

You do NOT need to be a “huge influencer.”

Operational execution, community instincts, and growth creativity matter more than follower count.

Compensation

This is an early-stage startup role with

milestone-driven compensation, performance-based incentives, startup/equity-oriented upside potential, and growth-based reward structures.

Compensation may include combinations of

cash stipends, milestone payments, creator/revenue incentives, performance bonuses, and potential equity participation for exceptional contributors.

We care more about measurable impact than vanity metrics.

Examples of impact metrics may include

verified user growth, successful user matches, creator partnership performance, referral conversions, retention, and launch execution outcomes.
