Position Overview
Venture Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to develop and manage marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
Our company already has content creators who produce social media graphics, videos, and other marketing materials. We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional who can turn that content into effective lead-generation campaigns.
This is not primarily a content creation or social media posting position. The ideal candidate must have proven experience generating leads through organic marketing strategies, paid advertising, landing pages, email campaigns, search engine optimization, and conversion-focused marketing funnels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving conversions, lowering lead acquisition costs, and producing a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic and paid lead-generation strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other relevant channels.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels that convert website visitors and social media audiences into qualified leads.
- Develop campaign strategies using content produced by the company’s existing content creation team.
- Provide clear direction to content creators regarding the graphics, videos, advertisements, and messaging needed for each campaign.
- Identify target audiences and create detailed customer profiles and audience segments.
- Perform keyword, competitor, market, and audience research.
- Create and optimize landing pages, lead forms, calls to action, and conversion paths.
- Develop organic lead-generation strategies using SEO, social media, email marketing, local search, and online communities.
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, automated follow-up sequences, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, offers, headlines, audiences, and calls to action.
- Install, manage, and monitor tracking tools, conversion pixels, and analytics platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, audiences, creative materials, and messaging based on results.
- Track important performance indicators, including cost per lead, conversion rate, click-through rate, return on advertising spend, website traffic, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to evaluate lead quality and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate reports showing campaign spending, leads generated, cost per lead, and overall return on investment.
- Recommend new campaigns, platforms, offers, and marketing opportunities based on performance data.
- Stay informed about changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, SEO practices, and digital marketing trends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or lead generation.
- Demonstrated success generating qualified leads through both paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience creating and optimizing marketing funnels and landing pages.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and similar marketing tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, or lead-nurturing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and organic traffic strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions based on performance.
- Strong written communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet lead-generation targets.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on measurable business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating leads for BPO, healthcare, education, staffing, professional services, or business-to-business companies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience working with sales teams and CRM pipelines.
- Knowledge of lead-scoring systems, automated marketing workflows, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience reviewing or improving website conversion rates.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta advertising, SEO, or digital marketing.
- B1 or higher English level preferred
Performance Expectations
The person selected for this position will be evaluated based on measurable results, including:
- Number of qualified leads generated

- Lead-to-appointment or lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Return on advertising spend
- Organic website traffic growth
- Landing-page conversion rates
- Email campaign performance
- Campaign testing and optimization
- Accuracy and quality of marketing performance reports
