The Challenge

Usercentrics just hit €100M ARR and is shifting from linear scaling to exponential efficiency. You'll architect their entire GTM tech stack—weaving together AI agents, data infrastructure, and automation to eliminate manual work and compound revenue growth.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current GTM tech stack bottlenecks and design integrated architecture roadmap across Marketing, Sales, CS, Partnerships and Support

Pilot and ship first AI-native workflow (e.g., lead enrichment + intelligent routing) using LLMs + Make/n8n that measurably reduces manual work

3

Establish data reliability foundation with BI/Analytics team for accurate revenue forecasting and GTM reporting

4

Evaluate 3-5 emerging AI GTM tools (Clay alternatives) and run structured pilots to identify quick wins

By 6 Months
1

Deploy 4-5 production AI agents/automations that collectively save GTM teams 20+ hours/week of manual work

Build enrichment and signal activation layer (intent, engagement, firmographic, product signals) powering effective lead routing and scoring

3

Scale GTM stack adoption across all revenue teams with 80%+ active usage of new workflows

4

Establish quarterly GTM tooling review cycle and deliver measurable productivity/revenue lift metrics

Manual GTM Task Automation Rate

% of repetitive GTM workflows automated via AI agents and integrations; target 60%+ within 6 months.

GTM Team Productivity (Hours Saved)

Weekly hours saved across Marketing, Sales, CS teams from automation; baseline and track weekly.

GTM Stack Integration Health

Data sync accuracy and uptime across Salesforce, marketing automation, analytics; target 99%+ reliability.

Revenue Impact Attribution

Incremental pipeline/ARR generated or accelerated by new GTM workflows and AI agents.

  • You're a pure infrastructure engineer with zero B2B GTM process knowledge—this role requires both
  • You prefer heads-down coding over cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • You haven't shipped AI automation or LLM integrations in production; this is hands-on AI engineering
