The Challenge
Unlimit is building the financial OS for the borderless, agentic economy-think programmable payments + digital assets unified into one layer. As Head of Business Growth USA, you'll own the commercial playbook for one of fintech's most strategic markets, scaling from zero into a dominant infrastructure partner.
Your Mission
Map the US enterprise + high-growth tech buyer landscape; identify and validate top 20 target accounts across verticals
Recruit and onboard first 3-4 core commercial team members (sales leads, partnerships manager, key accounts)
Establish go-to-market positioning and messaging framework; validate product-market fit through initial customer conversations
Secure first 2-3 pilot or early revenue deals that prove unit economics and de-risk scaling
Hit $XXM ARR target (TBD with leadership); close 8-12 qualified deals across enterprise and growth segments
Scale commercial team to 10-12 people; implement sales ops, CRM, and forecasting infrastructure
Forge 3-5 strategic partnerships with ecosystem players (payment networks, fintech platforms, migration providers)
Establish Unlimit as recognized leader in cross-border payments infrastructure through thought leadership and speaking

Total annual recurring revenue generated from US commercial operations.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Fully-loaded cost to land a new enterprise customer; target <12-month payback.
Pipeline Coverage
Total qualified pipeline vs. quarterly revenue target; target 4-5x coverage ratio.
Win Rate
Percentage of qualified deals closed; target 25-35% for enterprise segment.
Time-to-Signature
Days from first meeting to contract signature; optimize for <120 days.

Commercial team ramp and retention rate; target zero regrettable turnover.

- You've led commercial teams at fintech/payments scales and closed 8+ figure deals in complex, long-sales-cycle environments
- You understand cross-border payments, regulatory nuance, and how enterprise buyers evaluate infrastructure-not just features
- You're equally comfortable with strategic vision and sales mechanics; you'll roll up sleeves to close early deals while building org
- You have a strong network in US enterprise tech and financial services; relationships matter as much as playbooks here
- You thrive in ambiguity and see a greenfield market as a feature, not a bug
- You've only sold packaged SaaS or SMB motion; enterprise infrastructure deals require different sales DNA
- You need a fully built-out team on day one or expect someone else to do hiring/culture building
- You're risk-averse or prefer established playbooks; this role is about creating the playbook from scratch
