The Challenge
Traze (backed by 700-person fintech powerhouse Zeal Group) is expanding hard into Latin America and needs someone to own social media growth and market strategy across the region. You'll translate global brand messaging into content that actually resonates with LATAM traders on Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
Your Mission
Audit current Traze social presence across all platforms and establish baseline metrics (followers, engagement rate, reach) for each channel
Develop and execute a 90-day localized content calendar with 40+ pieces of LATAM-focused content (market insights, educational posts, trader stories)
Identify and map 10-15 key trading influencers and communities in Chile, Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia for partnership outreach
Implement analytics tracking framework to measure engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance across channels
Grow Instagram and TikTok followers by 150%+ through consistent localized content and community engagement strategies
Launch 3-4 major regional campaigns tied to trading events and product launches with measurable conversion lift
Build active community partnerships with 5+ regional influencers and 3+ trading communities with ongoing collaboration programs
Achieve 8%+ average engagement rate across organic posts and establish weekly performance reporting cadence

Follower Growth Rate (MoM %)
Track month-over-month percentage growth across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X to measure organic reach expansion
Average Engagement Rate (%)
Monitor likes, comments, shares as percentage of followers to validate content resonance with LATAM audience
Campaign Reach & Impressions
Measure total impressions and reach per campaign to assess amplification and content distribution effectiveness
Community Sentiment & Mentions
Track brand mentions, sentiment analysis, and conversation volume across platforms to gauge trading community perception
Click-Through Rate to Product
Measure traffic driven from social content to Traze platform to connect content performance to business outcomes

Is This Role For You?
- You've run social media growth for a fintech, trading, or crypto brand and understand the audience psychology
- You're fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and deeply familiar with LATAM digital culture and memes
- You can translate market insights and financial data into scroll-stopping content (you know how to make trading interesting)
- You're comfortable on-site in Santiago and want to build something from the ground up in a region with massive growth potential
- You track metrics obsessively and can prove content-to-business impact with data
- You need remote flexibility - this is on-site Santiago only
- You don't speak Spanish fluently or lack real familiarity with LATAM social media trends
- You're uncomfortable with fintech/trading space or see it as morally grey
- You want a role where you execute tactics; this needs strategic thinking around market positioning
