The Challenge
TRACTIAN is disrupting industrial asset management with cutting-edge hardware-software fusion. You'll build and lead a regional events machine that drives pipeline, brand presence, and revenue impact across Latin America's most competitive markets.
Your Mission
Audit existing regional event portfolio and establish standardized KPI framework tied to pipeline/revenue; present regional events strategy aligned with company goals
Onboard and structure the regional events team with clear playbooks, ownership, and performance metrics
Execute 2-3 high-visibility events (flagship tradeshows or customer events) flawlessly; establish post-event analysis and ROI reporting cadence
Map event technology stack and vendor ecosystem; identify gaps and consolidate tools for efficiency
Build and deploy regional event standards playbook across all markets; train distributed teams on execution excellence
Own full-cycle strategy and delivery of 4-6 large-scale events; demonstrate measurable pipeline contribution and engagement metrics
Establish event-sourced pipeline tracking and attribution model; prove ROI per event type and refine budget allocation
Scale the regional team with documented processes and mentoring; identify and prepare internal leaders for expansion
