The Challenge
ELF, TotalEnergies' premium lubricant brand with legendary motorsport heritage, needs you to amplify its digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll build communities around mechanical sport passion while scaling engagement metrics in a fast-moving, international marketing environment.
Your Mission
Launch and establish ELF's content calendar across 3 core platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) with 2+ posts weekly, achieving 10K+ combined monthly impressions
Set up Emplifi tracking dashboards and establish baseline KPIs (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) for all active channels
Create and publish 20+ branded content pieces (videos, carousel posts, graphics) aligned with ELF brand guidelines and motorsport audience interests
Audit current SEO/GEO performance on ELF web properties and deliver recommendations for 5+ high-impact optimizations
Grow combined social following by 30%+ and achieve 3%+ average engagement rate across platforms vs. industry benchmark of 1.5%
Execute 2 full-scale integrated campaigns (content + community management + paid amplification) tracking to conversion metrics using Emplifi
Develop replicable content templates and playbooks for local filiales to maintain brand consistency across 5+ international markets
Improve web organic traffic by 25% through implemented SEO recommendations and monitor monthly via CMS Drupal analytics

Month-over-month follower acquisition velocity; aim for 5-8% monthly growth across channels.

Community Sentiment
Monitor brand mentions and sentiment via Emplifi; maintain 80%+ positive/neutral ratio.
Website Traffic from Social
Organic clicks driven from social posts to ELF.com; track conversion rate to lead or product page views.

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a Master's in Communication or Marketing and need hands-on alternance experience at a scale-up pace
- You genuinely care about social media strategy and can craft compelling content that resonates with niche communities (motorsport fans, Gen Z)
- You're comfortable with analytics and can tie creative work to measurable KPIs without needing constant hand-holding
- You have a portfolio demonstrating past social media or content creation work (even student projects count)
- You're looking for a full-time permanent role; this is strictly a 12-24 month alternance apprenticeship contract
- You can't commit to on-site, in-office work 3 weeks/month in Nanterre—this isn't remote
- You have zero social media platform experience or can't demonstrate creative work samples
Interview Process
Initial Phone Screen

Marketing Team Interview
45 min with manager and/or mentor to discuss digital strategy understanding, past campaign work, and tool familiarity
Case Study / Creative Brief
You'll receive a brief social media scenario (e.g., launch ELF content series for TikTok); submit concept deck within 5 business days
Final Interview + Offer
Meet with team lead, discuss expectations, alternance contract terms, start date, and mentor assignment
