Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've scaled product strategy across multiple business lines or managed portfolio-level decisions at B2B2C/marketplace scale
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can define strategy where none exists-and drive alignment across fragmented orgs
  • You're data-obsessed: you think in metrics, experiments, and causal relationships between product decisions and business outcomes
  • You've led cross-functional product integrations (especially post-acquisition) and can build repeatable processes that stick
  • You're hands-on enough to own product strategy yourself while building and mentoring a high-performing PM team
Won't Work If
  • You need heavy process, strict roadmaps, or clear org structures-this role demands comfort with ambiguity and constant reprioritization
  • You're a specialist in one vertical or product domain and uncomfortable owning portfolio-level strategy across diverse offerings
  • You can't communicate clearly to non-technical audiences or struggle to translate strategy into executable roadmaps teams believe in

3

Real or realistic scenario: how would you prioritize cross-sell, platform leverage, and new offering expansion? (take-home or live)

4

5

Exec round

SVP or C-level conversation on business vision, M&A strategy, and long-term portfolio direction (30 min)
