The Challenge
TikTok's Scaled Growth team is hunting for someone to own Large Indie Agency acquisition across LATAM. You'll be the relationship architect between TikTok and complex agency organizations, driving pipeline and hitting aggressive sales targets while navigating one of the fastest-growing creator economies in the world.
Your Mission
Map and qualify 50+ Large Indie Agencies across LATAM priority markets with documented decision-maker intel
Execute first 5-7 partnership agreements with target agencies and complete onboarding playbooks
Establish repeatable outreach cadence hitting 70%+ response rate from agency decision-makers
Build internal playbook documenting agency objection patterns and negotiation templates
Achieve 100%+ of assigned agency acquisition revenue target with documented pipeline health metrics
Develop 3-4 strategic tier-1 agency partnerships generating measurable creator/brand volume to TikTok
Create competitive intelligence brief on agency monetization trends and AI/UA strategy shifts
Mentor 1-2 junior BD team members on agency negotiation and relationship cadence

Is This Role For You?
- You've crushed it in B2B sales or business development in digital advertising, marketing tech, or agency space
- You speak fluent Portuguese AND English—you need both to navigate complex stakeholder relationships
- You thrive hunting new logos and can navigate Byzantine org structures (agencies are political)
- You're obsessed with metrics: pipeline velocity, close rates, customer acquisition economics
- You need remote flexibility—this is firmly on-site 4-5x/week in São Paulo with no negotiation until Sept 2026+
- You don't have solid BD/sales experience; this isn't an entry-level role despite 'manager' title being growth-track
- You can't communicate equally in Portuguese and English at stakeholder level
