The Challenge

TikTok's Creator Marketing Team needs someone who can bridge the gap between creative campaigns and measurable ROI. You'll own how they plan, execute, and prove the value of creator initiatives—blending performance strategy with deep analytics to scale what works.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current creator marketing measurement infrastructure and identify 2-3 quick wins for dashboard automation or reporting efficiency

Design and launch first A/B testing framework for a major creator campaign, establishing baseline learnings and testing cadence

3

Develop audience segmentation strategy for high-potential creator cohorts and quantify projected efficiency gains

4

Present performance baseline across perception, conversion, and engagement metrics to leadership with clear ROI narrative

By 6 Months
1

Execute 4-6 systematic A/B tests across different creator campaign types, documenting learnings and building institutional playbook

Build scalable measurement infrastructure (dashboards, automated reporting) that reduces manual reporting by 60%+

3

Deliver incremental impact analysis on 2-3 major campaigns, isolating true lift vs. baseline and informing future budget allocation

4

Own full-funnel creator acquisition and engagement strategy, demonstrating measurable improvement in conversion rates and creator retention

Track return on media spend across different creator cohorts to identify highest-efficiency audiences and inform budget allocation.

Creator Acquisition Cost (CAC) & Lifetime Value (LTV)

Measure cost to acquire engaged creators and their retention/value over time to optimize campaign efficiency.

Perception Lift & Incremental Impact

Quantify brand perception gains and causal lift from campaigns using control/test methodology and survey data.

A/B Test Velocity & Learning Rate

Track number of experiments launched, time-to-insight, and statistical confidence to accelerate decision-making.

Dashboard Adoption & Reporting Velocity

Monitor stakeholder usage of self-serve dashboards and time-to-report to measure infrastructure effectiveness.
