The Challenge
The Phoenix Group is building a centralized marketing tech function to drive platform adoption and transform data chaos into competitive advantage. You'll own the full lifecycle of automation initiatives-from design to optimization-while mentoring teams and guiding enterprise-wide transformation.
Your Mission
Map current marketing tech stack, identify integration gaps, and prioritize 2-3 quick-win automation opportunities
Design and deploy one major content automation workflow with SQL data sources and validated outputs
Build documentation and runbooks for platform capabilities; establish yourself as the go-to technical resource
Conduct stakeholder interviews across marketing, tech, and investment teams to understand pain points and blockers
Launch 3-4 scaled automation initiatives that measurably reduce manual work and improve campaign velocity
Establish governance framework for data modeling, API integrations, and platform updates
Create training program for junior team members; mentor at least 2 team members on SQL and workflow design
Own adoption strategy for platform updates; measure and report on user adoption and ROI metrics

API uptime, data sync accuracy, and number of unresolved integration issues; target 99%+ reliability

Change Adoption Rate
% of marketing users actively using new systems and features within 90 days of launch
