The Challenge
TELUS Digital (backed by Canada's TELUS telecom giant) is the go-to consultancy for Fortune 500 companies building customer data platforms and personalization engines. You'll architect Adobe Experience Platform ecosystems that drive real revenue for enterprise clients.
Your Mission
Lead 2-3 discovery engagements to map client martech stacks and Adobe Experience Platform architecture
Deliver technical documentation and sprint planning for first major client integration project
Build and deliver 1-2 client training sessions on AEP, AJO, and CJA best practices
Establish repeatable outcomes-based analytics framework to measure client ROI
Own end-to-end delivery of 3+ complex martech integration projects across CDP, CRM, and analytics platforms
Develop proprietary audience segmentation and journey optimization playbook for repeat client wins
Drive measurable engagement lift (target: 15-25% improvement) through AJO/Campaign optimization
Mentor 1-2 junior engineers on technical documentation and client communication best practices

Track satisfaction scores and contract renewals across managed engagements to measure retention impact.
Project Delivery Velocity
Measure sprint completion rates and technical scope adherence against estimated timelines.
ROI Demonstrated to Clients
Quantify business outcomes (conversion lift, email engagement, audience reach) delivered through platform optimization.
Technical Integration Success
Track seamless data flow and API reliability across CDP, CRM, MMP, and analytics connectors.
