The Challenge

TELUS Digital (backed by Canada's TELUS telecom giant) is the go-to consultancy for Fortune 500 companies building customer data platforms and personalization engines. You'll architect Adobe Experience Platform ecosystems that drive real revenue for enterprise clients.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Lead 2-3 discovery engagements to map client martech stacks and Adobe Experience Platform architecture

2

Deliver technical documentation and sprint planning for first major client integration project

3

Build and deliver 1-2 client training sessions on AEP, AJO, and CJA best practices

4

Establish repeatable outcomes-based analytics framework to measure client ROI

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end delivery of 3+ complex martech integration projects across CDP, CRM, and analytics platforms

Develop proprietary audience segmentation and journey optimization playbook for repeat client wins

3

Drive measurable engagement lift (target: 15-25% improvement) through AJO/Campaign optimization

4

Mentor 1-2 junior engineers on technical documentation and client communication best practices

Client NPS & Renewal Rate

Track satisfaction scores and contract renewals across managed engagements to measure retention impact.

Project Delivery Velocity

Measure sprint completion rates and technical scope adherence against estimated timelines.

ROI Demonstrated to Clients

Quantify business outcomes (conversion lift, email engagement, audience reach) delivered through platform optimization.

Technical Integration Success

Track seamless data flow and API reliability across CDP, CRM, MMP, and analytics connectors.

  • You've managed end-to-end integrations between CDPs, CRMs, analytics, and marketing automation platforms
  • You thrive on client success-measuring ROI, presenting business impact, and building long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • You want to work on high-stakes transformation projects with real budgets and measurable outcomes

  • You've never worked hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform or Real-time CDP (learning curve is steep)
  • You prefer individual contributor coding roles over strategic consulting and client-facing work
