The Challenge
TELUS Digital is building a Centre of Excellence for Marketing Automation & Operations. You'll own Pardot and Salesforce strategy for a global consulting firm, scaling B2B lead generation and sales alignment across multiple markets.
Your Mission
Audit current Pardot instance, identify gaps in lead scoring, nurture workflows, and database hygiene—deliver optimization roadmap
Establish lead lifecycle framework (MIL to SQL) with clear definitions, scoring criteria, and sales alignment documentation
Launch 2-3 priority lead nurture campaigns with A/B testing and dynamic content personalization to improve engagement metrics
Build compliance audit for GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA across Pardot operations and document governance standards
Design and implement Centre of Excellence playbook covering platform strategy, team workflows, and partner enablement processes
Increase MQL-to-SQL conversion rate by 20% through refined scoring models and improved sales handoff processes
Integrate Salesforce-Pardot data flow with analytics platform—enable real-time campaign attribution and revenue impact reporting
Mentor direct report and external agencies on automation best practices; document and scale repeatable campaign templates

MQL-to-SQL Conversion Rate
Track percentage of marketing-qualified leads converting to sales-qualified leads, targeting 20%+ improvement within 6 months.
Pardot Database Health Score
Monitor deliverability, list quality, bounce rates, and compliance adherence monthly to maintain >95% database hygiene.
Campaign Attribution Accuracy
Measure revenue attributed to marketing campaigns through Salesforce integration, improving visibility into campaign ROI.
Lead Nurture Engagement Rate
Track email open rates, click rates, and progression through lifecycle stages for active nurture programs.

Is This Role For You?
- You've built or optimized Pardot/Salesforce automation for B2B SaaS or enterprise clients—you know lead scoring, nurture workflows, and list hygiene inside-out
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can influence without authority—aligning sales, marketing, analytics, and IT teams
- You love data: you measure everything, A/B test ruthlessly, and use attribution to drive strategy decisions
- You're operationally rigorous: compliance, database governance, and scalable process design are your comfort zone
- You need fully remote work—this role requires 2-3 days/week in a Brazilian office for collaboration
- You're uncomfortable with hands-on execution—this role spans strategy AND tactical Pardot administration
- You lack B2B marketing automation experience or Salesforce/Pardot platform expertise
