The Challenge
Tanium is the market leader in Autonomous IT-trusted by Fortune 500s to manage endpoint security at scale. You'll own the entire NA digital marketing engine, scaling paid search and video programs that directly feed pipeline for a high-velocity enterprise software company.
Your Mission
Audit current paid search and video performance across Google & Microsoft; identify quick wins and optimization opportunities to improve ROAS by 15%+
Establish standardized GA4 configurations, UTM naming conventions, and conversion tracking across all NA digital campaigns
Build and launch a weekly performance dashboard that surfaces spend, clicks, conversions, and CAC by channel to leadership
Partner with creative and PMM teams to refresh ad creative and test 3-5 new messaging angles that improve click-through and conversion rates
Scale paid search and video budgets by 20-30% while maintaining or improving unit economics and CAC targets
Develop and execute A/B testing roadmap across search, video, and demand gen that yields at least 2 major optimization wins per quarter
Mentor and upskill 2-3 junior digital marketing managers on campaign strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration
Align paid and organic search strategies with SEO team; consolidate keyword insights and improve blended search ROI by 25%+

Cost Per Acquisition (CAC)
Track blended CAC across paid search, video, and demand gen channels against target benchmarks.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Monitor ROAS by channel and campaign to ensure efficient use of media budget and inform reallocation decisions.
Pipeline Contribution
Measure attributed pipeline and revenue generated from digital marketing campaigns to prove business impact.
Click-Through Rate (CTR) & Conversion Rate
Monitor creative and landing page performance as leading indicators of campaign health and optimization opportunity.
Forecast vs. Actual
Track team's accuracy in forecasting pipeline and spend to improve planning and resource allocation.

- You've spent 6+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, managing 7-figure budgets and optimizing for CAC or pipeline
- You obsess over data, dashboards, and testing-and you can translate insights into action
- You thrive in matrix environments and can wrangle creative, product, and PMM teams toward a shared goal
- You want to lead and mentor junior marketers while still having your hands in campaign strategy and optimization
- You haven't managed paid search or video campaigns at significant scale-this role requires platform mastery and proven results
- You prefer execution over strategy or are uncomfortable owning outcomes and reporting transparently to leadership
- You need full remote flexibility-this is hybrid with a minimum 3 days/week in office
