The Challenge
Talent Rocket is scaling fast and needs someone to build their growth engine from the ground up. You'll own the lead funnel, connect marketing and sales, and drive acquisition strategy across multiple channels.
Your Mission
Map current lead generation channels and identify performance gaps across the funnel
Implement CRM organization and lead nurturing workflows to enable sales handoff
Launch 2-3 new acquisition channel tests (content, paid, partnerships) with clear success metrics
Establish weekly pipeline and performance dashboards for leadership visibility
Achieve 30%+ improvement in lead-to-qualified-opportunity conversion rate
Scale highest-performing acquisition channel by 2-3x with documented playbooks
Build repeatable sales enablement process connecting marketing content to deal stages
Develop predictive pipeline model for revenue forecasting accuracy

MQL to SQL Conversion Rate
Track percentage of marketing-qualified leads becoming sales-qualified opportunities
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Measure efficiency of spend across channels against customer lifetime value
Sales Pipeline Coverage Ratio
Monitor pipeline generation relative to quota (target: 3-4x coverage)
Lead Response Time
Average time from lead capture to first sales contact (industry: <2 hours)
Channel Attribution
Breakdown of revenue influenced by each acquisition channel
