Join our client's dynamic team as a Central Marketing Growth Strategist and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative marketing programs that drive growth and engagement for our subscription services. This high-impact position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, product, data analytics, and design—to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that connect with customers in meaningful, privacy-conscious ways. If you're passionate about data-driven optimization, crafting compelling campaigns, and leading end-to-end lifecycle marketing efforts, this is your chance to make a measurable difference in a rapidly evolving environment.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally within consumer subscription businesses, with proven success in achieving growth targets
  • 5+ years of media planning and strategy experience across digital, social, and traditional channels
  • Expertise in testing, optimizing, and executing multi-channel marketing tactics, including ads, social media, email, in-app messaging, and push notifications
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, data-driven optimization, and analytics to inform marketing strategies
  • Experience with integrated campaigns involving media planning, content, creative development, and attribution modeling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field


Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience collaborating with creators or within the creator economy
  • Knowledge of audience strategy and communication planning
  • Familiarity with syndicated research sources such as MRI/Simmons, comScore, and social listening tools
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly with both senior leadership and team members
  • Proven ability to build and nurture cross-functional relationships, especially in international and large-scale projects


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on product experience, design, and stakeholder engagement


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $73.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
