Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 15+ years building brands in beauty, personal care, health, or life sciences—not just executing marketing
- You thrive orchestrating global strategy across messy matrixed orgs and can move fast without perfect data
- You speak customer and scientist equally well; you can translate innovation into compelling narratives
- You've launched breakthrough categories or products that meaningfully moved category perception
- You need full remote work or flexibility; this is on-site in France with travel expectations
- You're a tactical executor looking for stability; this is a build-from-scratch, high-ambiguity role
- You've only worked in FMCGs or fast-moving B2C; regulated industries or complex sales cycles feel foreign to you
