The Challenge

Suntory Global Spirits—the world's third-largest premium spirits company—is looking for someone to own House of Suntory's brand strategy and execution across Brazil. You'll drive campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on real marketing ROI while building premium brands in a competitive market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit current House of Suntory portfolio positioning in Brazil and align all campaigns to core brand strategy

Establish baseline monthly reporting cadence with clear KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI analysis across paid channels

Map competitive landscape and document 3+ actionable insights to inform Q2 media strategy and budget allocation

Onboard agency partners, clarify approval workflows, and execute first campaign with measurable performance targets

Deliver 30%+ improvement in paid media efficiency through channel optimization and A/B testing insights

Launch and execute 2+ brand events or activations with documented foot traffic, conversion, or sales lift metrics

Develop quarterly business reviews with Sales showing brand performance against volume and profit targets

Build asset library and creative brief templates that reduce production cycle time by 25%
