The Challenge
Suno is the fastest-growing AI music platform, expanding from early adopters to millions. You'll own growth engineering projects end-to-end-shipping features that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue while working with world-class product, data, and design teams.
Your Mission
Ship 2-3 growth-focused features (signup flow, onboarding, referral mechanisms) and measure baseline engagement impact
Establish A/B testing infrastructure with data science team and run 4+ experiments on high-leverage user journeys
Build scalable backend systems to support 10x user growth in paid features and campaigns
Own one full-stack project from opportunity identification through shipping and reporting results
Increase user retention by 15-25% through shipped experiments and feature iterations
Design and scale backend infrastructure supporting 100M+ monthly API requests for growth campaigns
Build 3+ AI-powered user experience workflows that differentiate Suno's creation and discovery platform
Establish data-driven growth metrics dashboard used by product and marketing leadership for decision-making

User Acquisition Cost (UAC)
Track cost per new user acquired through growth engineering initiatives and optimize channel efficiency.
Retention Rate (Day 7, 30, 90)
Measure cohort retention across onboarding and feature experiments to validate impact on user stickiness.
Conversion Rate (Free to Paid)
Monitor pricing page, paywall, and upsell flow conversion to drive revenue growth.
Feature Adoption
Measure percentage of users activating new growth features shipped and iterate based on engagement data.
