The Challenge
Stride-up is a fast-growing SEO/GEO agency scaling across ambitious brands. You'll pair with a senior SEO Manager to own client strategies—from technical audits to content roadmaps—while staying ahead of algorithm shifts and AI disruption.
Your Mission
Master Stride-up's SEO methodology and tool stack by leading 3-4 full technical audits with the senior manager
Own performance analysis and reporting for 2-3 assigned client accounts, identifying quick-win optimization opportunities
Complete foundational knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS, and server behavior as it relates to crawlability and indexing
Deliver 5+ SEO strategy recommendations to clients with clear, pedagogical explanations of rationale and expected impact
Independently manage 4-6 client relationships, including strategy proposals, audit delivery, and quarterly business reviews
Build and execute 2+ content roadmaps with briefs, timelines, and quality gates; track performance lift from published content
Launch and manage 2 netlinking campaigns from prospecting through placement, measuring referring domain quality and anchor text effectiveness
Stay ahead of search algo changes and generative AI impact on SEO; brief leadership on 3+ tactical adjustments needed for client strategies
KPIs You'll Own
Client Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month and YoY % increase in organic sessions for assigned accounts; directional impact of implemented recommendations.
Keyword Ranking Improvements
Number of keywords moved into top 10/top 3 positions and overall visibility score gains per client per quarter.
Content Roadmap Delivery Rate
% of planned articles/pages published on-time and meeting quality criteria vs. total planned in roadmap.
Client Satisfaction / NPS
Quarterly feedback from clients on strategy clarity, responsiveness, and perceived value delivery from your account management.
Technical Audit Turnaround
Days from kickoff to delivery of comprehensive technical SEO audit; quality of actionable recommendations vs. generic findings.

- You have 2+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) and want to accelerate into a client-facing strategy role
- You're comfortable with technical depth: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and crawl mechanics genuinely interest you
- You're data-driven and analytical but also strong at clear, pedagogical communication to non-technical stakeholders
- You're curious about AI and actively experimenting with tools like ChatGPT to optimize your workflow and thinking
- You're looking for a pure execution/coordinator role; this requires owning strategy and client relationships independently by month 6
- You lack basic technical SEO fundamentals or find server-side mechanics intimidating
- You're risk-averse or uncomfortable with regular market monitoring and rapid strategy pivots based on algo/AI shifts
