We are seeking a Head of Growth We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale our growth and marketing efforts with a strong focus on execution, data, and measurable business impact. Work Conditions Remote Eligible countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Peru Working hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CST
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall growth and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business goals into clear, scalable growth initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
Oversee execution of growth initiatives and campaigns across channels. Standardize processes for execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and crossfunctional teams to align growth with company priorities.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Growthfocused Marketing leadership. Proven track record of scaling acquisition or revenue in startups or scaleups. C1/C2 English level (required) Strong analytical and datadriven mindset. Handson, executionoriented profile with strong ownership. Experience building systems and processes.
