The Challenge

Snorkel transforms enterprise data into specialized AI—and they need someone to build the operational engine behind their GTM machine. You'll architect automations and AI workflows that accelerate pipeline, improve efficiency, and unlock revenue across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current GTM tech stack pain points across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and RevOps; prioritize 3-5 high-leverage automation opportunities

Design and deploy 2-3 core workflows (lead routing, account research, deal support) using Salesforce, Zapier/Make/n8n, and Claude

Establish data governance framework for Salesforce and connected systems; audit and clean existing GTM data

4

Build shared documentation, runbooks, and best practices for GTM automation and AI tool usage across teams

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end implementation of 5+ automated workflows spanning lead generation, qualification, delivery handoffs, and post-sale processes

Reduce manual GTM work by 20-30% through smart automation and process redesign; measure and report impact to leadership

Evaluate and recommend new tools/platforms (CRM add-ons, AI agents, integrations) with clear build-vs-buy analysis

4

Develop 1-2 lightweight internal tools or applications that improve how GTM teams access data and execute decisions

Quantify time freed up across Sales, Marketing, Delivery teams from automations you build.

Pipeline Acceleration Metrics

Lead routing time, account research velocity, deal cycle time improvements tied to your workflows.

Data Quality Score

Measure cleanliness, completeness, and currency of GTM data post-governance implementation.

System Uptime & Reliability

Ensure automations and integrations run smoothly; track failures, resolve, and iterate.

For You If
  • You've shipped GTM automation, RevOps workflows, or business systems engineering at a B2B SaaS or high-growth company
  • You're comfortable with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) AND can write code when needed (Python, JavaScript, APIs)
  • You thrive solving messy operational problems and love the feedback loop of building tools that people actually use
  • You're curious about AI and want to experiment with Claude, agents, and AI-enabled workflows in a real GTM context
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully remote setup—this is on-site only in Redwood City
  • You want to stay in pure data engineering or software engineering; this role requires empathy for business stakeholders and comfort with ambiguity
  • You're looking for deep technical depth in a single system; this is intentionally broad and cross-functional

Take-Home or Design Challenge

Small project (design a workflow, evaluate a tool, or solve a GTM problem) to see how you think and execute
