The Challenge
SkinSpirit operates 55+ aesthetic clinics across the US and needs a strategic growth leader to build their digital acquisition engine from the ground up. You'll own the full funnel—paid media, SEO, CRM, website, analytics—and scale client acquisition while mentoring a lean team.
Your Mission
Audit and establish baseline performance across all paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and website; identify quick wins in spend efficiency
Build a unified performance dashboard translating raw data into monthly growth narratives for executive leadership
Define 12-month paid media strategy with forecasted CAC, LTV targets, and channel mix recommendations
Onboard agency partners and establish weekly optimization cadence for paid media, SEO, and analytics teams
Reduce blended CAC by 15-20% through channel optimization, audience refinement, and creative testing frameworks
Launch redesigned website with improved conversion funnel; achieve 25%+ lift in key conversion metrics
Implement AI-powered tools for audience segmentation, creative iteration, and predictive analytics to accelerate testing velocity
Build internal capability: mentor team of 3 to own channel strategy independently; establish weekly insights reports influencing creative and spend

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track blended cost per new client across all channels; target 15-20% reduction within 6 months.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Monitor ROAS by channel (Meta, TikTok, Google) monthly; establish 3:1+ benchmarks by channel.
Website Conversion Rate
Track visit-to-lead and lead-to-booking rates; aim for 25%+ improvement post-redesign.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Calculate repeat booking rates and average revenue per client to optimize long-term profitability.
New Client Volume
Monthly new client bookings driven by digital channels; track growth rate YoY.
